Return Policy

We maintain strict standards for quality assurance. All of our orders are meticulously inspected prior to shipping. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are deemed FINAL SALE. Per federal law, the return of human hair products is prohibited; no refunds or exchanges can be performed. ALL SALES (Treasure Tresses Collection) Wigs, ARE FINAL SALE.

When you purchase, you legally agree to the terms of the return policy prior to checking out. We do not perform order cancellations or refunds after 24 hours due to external, personal plan changes that may have occurred, unknown and unrelated to Treasure Tresses Virgin Hair.

Exchange

The request to perform an exchange or replacement must be made within 3 business days from the date you receive your order. Please be advised, per federal law, we cannot accept used hair that has been altered in the following ways: combing, finger combing, brushing, cutting, coloring, hair installations, the creation of wig units, and any other physical and chemical alterations.

Please note that doing so voids the exchange process. The product can only be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or of greater value, no refunds are permitted. The exchanged or replaced product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. An exchange will only be honored if the hair has not been removed out of its original packaging.

Contact us within 3 business days at info 708-655-9129 and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and a return address to ship your item(s) back. Please ship your item with tracking, and signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once received, we will send an invoice for the 15% re-stocking fee, and the cost difference of the item you are exchanging if applicable. This restocking fee must be paid within 3 business days to go forward with the exchange. If the invoice is not paid within 3 business days, the item will be returned, and all remedies (exchange, replacement) will be terminated and VOID.

​NOTE: Custom orders (Treasure Tresses Collection) lace and silk-based closures, and lace frontals) cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged for any reason. These terms are agreed to when you check out.

Hair Care
PRE-INSTALLATION

Always wash your hair extensions first before installation. You will be able to detect any issues with your bundles at this time. If you do, please contact us immediately to discuss the problems and we will resolve them accordingly.

INSTALLATION

Use the over and out method when installing your hair. Although our wefts are custom made, we still advise that you care for them the best you can. Not required, but you may seal your wefts using a good quality weft sealant. Also, cut your wefts only when absolutely necessary. After your install, brush your hair out thoroughly to remove loose hairs.

DEEP WAVE/CURLY MAINTENANCE

Apply a moisture rich conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.

Leave conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more

Do not massage the hair.

Rinse thoroughly.

​

Scrunch hair gently to enhance the curls.

When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum. For soft kinks, a curl cream may be required for a more tamed look,Let air-dry, do not use oil products or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause matting. 

Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle.
